Gone are the days where “Character home in the zones” should be considered acceptable, yet spend 5 minutes browsing Trademe or RealEstate.co.nz and that’s largely all you will find as headers under each property listing.

In a market where property is always viewed in competition, not in isolation, your home must be seen as the first among equals. Every property on the market is like a product on the shelf at the supermarket. It is no good being placed at ankle height next to the no-brand labels.
